The good people at BibRave have put out a challenge – run and/or walk at least a mile a day everyday in May. That’s it!
Want to get in on the fun? Of course you do. That’s a silly question. It’s easy.
Head over to Strava and set up an account for free OR log in if you already have an account. After that, make sure to join the BibRave Strava group. Good? Good. Now – GET GOING. Your progress will get tracked on your individual Strava profile AND on the BibRave club leaderboard.
This isn’t about training, this isn’t (necessarily) about competition. This is about making the commitment to be active EVERYDAY for a month.
